Shipments with USPS always showing "No Status" even though the same tracking number copied and pasted into tracking through USPS web site shows status updates.  Multiple entries.

Oh crap.  I read that as UPS.  j have to start wearing my glasses in bed.

Let me see if I can find why you might be having an issue.

Open the delivery and at the top click the menu,  the three dots, then click Clear History.  Do a refresh and see if it gets data.  

If that doesn't work, would you mind doing a copy and paste the tracking number here?  It won't reveal any personal information.

Hey there - I know others have told you (sometimes in less than friendly terms) that USPS changed their API (https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/documentation-updates.htm). Web Tools was deprecated as of Jan 25, 2026

The full Web Tools API platform is retired as of January 25, 2026. To avoid any service disruptions, migrate to the new USPS APIs. Contact USPS API Support for help

The problems started more than a year ago. Since Deliveries doesn't use the API, the API being deprecated isn't the issue.

I hadn't had a problem until the API was retired.

If this doesn't use the API, why do we see the API deprecation notice in the app during the refresh?
