<description>&lt;p&gt;Sorry for being quiet on this for so long, but unfortunately, there&#039;s much more to it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Firstly, I had to invest a lot of time in new requirements to release updates of apps on Google Play. I&#039;m close to finishing that.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Secondly USPS seems to be going into a very unfortunate direction that will keep me from offering them as an easy-to-use option within the app starting&amp;nbsp;next month, to quote:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paid Consumer Service Provider Access&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;USPS will provide paid access to the Tracking API for any Mailer ID through the USPS API platform. This is for companies that do not play a direct role in the creation of a package label but may provide information to end consumers. <title>Unable to sync with eBay</title>

<description>This issue just started yesterday, but the app is not automatically syncing with eBay, and when I try to do it manually I get a message stating &amp;quot;Error loading data.&amp;quot; &lt;br /&gt;

As stated, this just started happening yesterday. Prior to that I had no issues and hadn&amp;#039;t made any changes or updates to my phone. I&amp;#039;ve tried removing and reauthorizing eBay, but I still get the same issue. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At this point I&amp;#039;m not sure if it&amp;#039;s an issue on eBay&amp;#039;s end, or something in the app itself. Any help would be appreciated.</description>

<title>Not syncing deliveries, despite successful sign-in</title>

<description>Lately I&amp;#039;ve been having issues with Amazon Syncing with my account. I have signed out and signed back in again, but the same issue persists.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Logging in on Amazon is no issue&lt;br /&gt;
- When opening the browser to check orders, via the settings --&amp;gt; synchronization page, it opens, and shows the pending orders&lt;br /&gt;
- App does not sync those new changes to main menu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

<title>Unable to reconnect the app to Deliveries for sync</title>

<description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My app for some reason disconnected from Deliveries and its not syncing. When I put my email and password to reconnect it does not let me login because I guess I created my account very long ago and my password is less than 8 characters, the app does not accept anything less...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I can login on the web page with my 7 char password but I don&amp;#039;t see anywhere to change my password... So I logout and try the forgot your password link and enter my email address and it says instructions have been sent to reset my password but I never get the email, its not in my junk/spam folder... Try the &amp;nbsp;forgot password from the app, same, email never arrives...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I&amp;#039;m out of ideas, how can I fix this?&lt;br /&gt;

I have been solving this by just deleting one of the orders (which doesn&amp;#039;t affect the one I leave in the app), but it appears to be a bug that is happening when an order is placed through Amazon.</description>

<title>How do I get my Google login on Chromebook to resume working?</title>

<description>I&amp;#039;ve been using Deliveries for years on my Android phone and on my Chromebook. Synchronization, logged in through Google, has always worked fine - until a few days ago.&lt;br /&gt;

Now, when I try to synchronize on my Chromebook, I get an error message &amp;quot;Google Sync failed! Please reconfigure your account.&amp;quot; But when I go to Settings &amp;gt; Synchronization, the Synchronization switch is greyed out, and when I click on the Google button to try to reconfigure, the app blinks but nothing else happens. (Note: now I&amp;#039;m getting &amp;quot;Unknown Sync failed!&amp;quot;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Synchronization still works fine on my Android phone, which also uses my Google account for synchronizing. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
How do I fix this? Do I have to create a Deliveries account and switch both apps to use that? And if I do, is there any way to preserve my data?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

<title>OnTrac Synchronization Not Working</title>

<title>Android app suddenly not syncing with Google</title>

<description>This morning the app (Version 5.7.22 (1956)) was saying it had lost sync with Google. I did the normal thing to go to Settings-&amp;gt;Synchronization and clicked on Connect with Google account. That made the title bar go black briefly but did NOT link to my Google account. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I have since power cycled my phone. No change in behaviour. I have uninstalled the app and power cycled the phone and reinstalled the app. I still cannot connect to my Google account.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My phone has no problems accessing my Google account for photos, gmail, wallet, passwords etc. I have not made any changes to my Google account userid(email) or password in many months. I did not install any new apps this past week, and had not updated any apps until AFTER this problem surfaced today.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any suggestions on what I can do? Right now Deliveries is not syncing to Google, which I would like it to do, and I have lost my current list of about 20 in-transit packages.&lt;br /&gt;

When an order includes multiple items that are shipping separately, currently, the app aggregates all of the items under a single entry. If you try to manually edit the information, it is overwritten at the next sync. My desired functionality would be that when syncing Amazon, it creates a separate entry for each tracking number, not just for each order. Thanks.</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;If you get a notification with this error message, it means that your device keeps returning expired Google account information despite the app asking for new (working) ones.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To fix this, the first step is to remove the account from the synchronization settings in the app and add it again afterwards. This should perform a full synchronization.&lt;br&gt;Unfortunately, in recent tests, this only helped for a very short time and the error keeps reappearing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If the first step does not help in the long run, there are only two options left:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;(preferred) Switch to a Deliveries account.&lt;br&gt;To do this, remove the Google account from the synchronization settings of the app &lt;strong&gt;on all your devices&lt;/strong&gt; and register a new Deliveries account right below. All your existing data will be migrated to the new account automatically on the first synchronization.&lt;br&gt;Afterwards, you may contact me at deliveries@orrs.de to remove your old Google account from my system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Remove the Google account from the synchronization settings of the app.&lt;br&gt;Afterwards, &lt;strong&gt;completely remove &lt;/strong&gt;the Google account from your device&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;in the system settings &lt;/strong&gt;and add it again afterwards. Note that while I did not lose any data doing this in my tests, this is at your own risk.&lt;br&gt;When everything is set up, add the Google account in the synchronization settings of the app again.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;</description>

<description>In my case, I have seen that DHL transferred the package to a local provider (bpost). On the website of DHL, I can see every movement, also the transfer from DHL to bpost. The tracker stays the same.&lt;br /&gt;

After the parcel has been transferred to the second provider, the app shows &amp;#039;Error loading data!&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When I change the provider to the second provider, it works fine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
How come that the app isn&amp;#039;t smart enough to keep the same tracker?&lt;br /&gt;
At least, I should get a notification that there was a sync problem.&lt;br /&gt;
It would be nice if I can specify another sound for that notification.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
