I use Deliveries to add everything I order online. I set it as Unknown and I set the tracking to link to the order on the website. &amp;nbsp;When I get the tracking number I update the entry. This removes the website. I want you to add a new field where a URL can be stored so we can keep a record of where we ordered. Then an item &amp;quot;Go To Website&amp;quot; on the menu.&lt;br /&gt;

<title>Unable to sync with eBay</title>

<description>This issue just started yesterday, but the app is not automatically syncing with eBay, and when I try to do it manually I get a message stating &amp;quot;Error loading data.&amp;quot; &lt;br /&gt;

As stated, this just started happening yesterday. Prior to that I had no issues and hadn&amp;#039;t made any changes or updates to my phone. I&amp;#039;ve tried removing and reauthorizing eBay, but I still get the same issue. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At this point I&amp;#039;m not sure if it&amp;#039;s an issue on eBay&amp;#039;s end, or something in the app itself. Any help would be appreciated.</description>

<description>Tracking with Post Switzerland worked until around mid June 2025 (last successfully updated delivery was 18 June 2025), since then, Status remains at &amp;quot;noch keine Sendungsinformationen vorhanden&amp;quot;. If I open the shipment in the browser, I see fully updated tracking information, so the issue is in the communication between the app and data provider.&lt;br /&gt;
I have already sent a few shipment numbers with &amp;quot;Problem melden&amp;quot; feature, but didn&amp;#039;t get any reaction. Has the support for Switzerland been abandoned?</description>

<title>Widget always blank</title>

<description>Since upgrading from my Pixel 7 to a Pixel 10, the widget is always empty - I have the app tracking 5 orders which I get notifications for, but the widget remains empty.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I had originally restored from a backup when I set up the Pixel 10, but I have tried from a clean start and it&amp;#039;s still the same. I thought it might have been because they were all from Amazon.de but I had a 6th package until today from another service and it also never appeared in the widget.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any ideas? I did send a support message with logs about a week ago, so maybe that can help.</description>

<description>I understand that there are some providers like UPS in the USA that are blocking api access.&lt;br /&gt;
The app currently just takes us to the UPS website when we click the entry in the app.&lt;br /&gt;

I cannot find UPS on the phone app, and was only able to add it to the website. &amp;nbsp;After syncing it then showed on the app. &amp;nbsp;After it was on the app I could then find UPS on the dropdown for adding a new entry. &amp;nbsp;However, I still cannot find UPS on the &amp;quot;add partial delivery&amp;quot; option and I assume that is due to the &amp;quot;open browser on click&amp;quot; feature not working with partial deliveries.</description>

Here in Italy, maybe in other countries, some Alixpress shipping are delivered, when the package arrives locally, by Amazon shipping.&lt;br /&gt;
When it arrives locally, I get an Amazon shipping email that says &amp;quot;Your Cainiao Italy order has been shipped&amp;quot; by Amazon shipping.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But I cannot choose Amazon shipping in this case because in Deliveries an Amazon order is mandatory, and in this case does not exist.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Amazon shipping number for this type of Aliexpress orders is like this IT1234567890&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Using 17track it&amp;#039;s recognized automatically as &amp;quot;Amazon Shipping (IT)&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do you think is possible to have it also with Deliveries?&lt;br /&gt;

I lost the pro version on Windows Subsystem for Android. I know that the WSA has been discontinued but I paid for the pro version and I was wondering if I can still use it on my computer. Is there a way to get my paid version again on the WSA? Is it not available anymore on Windows even though I paid for the pro version? I have it and was using it and want to continue to use it on Windows. I&amp;#039;d like to get the pro version again and just not be able to update/upgrade to newer versions. I get almost everything from Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. I love your app.&lt;br /&gt;

My app for some reason disconnected from Deliveries and its not syncing. When I put my email and password to reconnect it does not let me login because I guess I created my account very long ago and my password is less than 8 characters, the app does not accept anything less...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I can login on the web page with my 7 char password but I don&amp;#039;t see anywhere to change my password... So I logout and try the forgot your password link and enter my email address and it says instructions have been sent to reset my password but I never get the email, its not in my junk/spam folder... Try the &amp;nbsp;forgot password from the app, same, email never arrives...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I&amp;#039;m out of ideas, how can I fix this?&lt;br /&gt;

I have some UPS and FedEx packages coming that I&amp;#039;ve added to Deliveries. Since they are not natively supported anymore, I manually add the estimated arrival date. In the app, looking at the list of deliveries, all the deliveries show &amp;quot;X D&amp;quot; for however many days are left until estimated delivery date, which is great. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unfortunately, the widget, with my current configuration, shows the shipment name and below it says &amp;quot;Not natively supported&amp;quot;. It would be great if the widget could also show the estimated days to arrival if one has been automatically available or manually entered for a shipment. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also, please add the estimated delivery date to the shipment editing screen so it can be added/changed while editing a shipment. Right now it can only be accessed via the overflow menu and separate menu item.&lt;br /&gt;

when having an Amazon.de order delivered to a DHL Packstation often the delivery courier is &amp;quot;DEPOST&amp;quot; (i.e., a shipment using Warensendung or Warenpost via Deutsche Post). These shipments have a tracking number usually starting with 00340 and are not tracked by Deliveries at the moment, but are easily trackable via DHL (e.g., by manually adding a parial delivery).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It would be nice if you could automatically create a partial delivery using DHL as its courier for these Amazon shipments.&lt;br /&gt;

How is it that a competing product &amp;#039;Aftership&amp;#039; - has ovecome the hurdles of tracking UPS and FedEx reliably (Working just fine on Aftership) - yet this developer claims no API&amp;#039;s - and he has been shut out - and can&amp;#039;t fix it - for over a year now. Seems - that everytime I try a new courier (China Post just recently) - I find that - It too - is broken. Sad - that this product has tanked over the years - used to be my favorite. Near useless now for USA users.</description>
