<description>Lately I&amp;#039;ve been having issues with Amazon Syncing with my account. I have signed out and signed back in again, but the same issue persists.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Logging in on Amazon is no issue&lt;br /&gt;
- When opening the browser to check orders, via the settings --&amp;gt; synchronization page, it opens, and shows the pending orders&lt;br /&gt;
- App does not sync those new changes to main menu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
What can I do on my side?</description>

<title>Amazon Sync Issues</title>

<description>I have noticed this issue happens every time I get a new phone and usually I tinker with it enough for it to go away. &amp;nbsp;Since swapping to my Pixel 6 Pro, I can&amp;#039;t seem to fix it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With that background, here&amp;#039;s the situation. &amp;nbsp;I use Amazon synchronization and have two factor authentication enabled and can get things synching fine...for a while. &amp;nbsp;After a few days, the syncing seems to just stop. &amp;nbsp;No prompt for logging in, no prompts for logging back in, etc. &amp;nbsp;I have &amp;quot;trust this browser&amp;quot; enabled with 2FA for everything as well. Sometimes, I can login into the browser in the Deliveries app and it seems to go away. &amp;nbsp;But then sometimes, the only way to fix it is to completely remove my Amazon synchronization and re-add it. Usually after a couple of tries it works again. &amp;nbsp;And then a few days later the cycle repeats once again.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
During troubleshooting, I usually clear storage/cache/uninstall the app, etc. &amp;nbsp;I do also use my Google account to sync to the Deliveries website as well, just to give some additional info on this too.</description>

I&amp;#039;m Having tons of trouble adding my Amazon account to the deliveries app on my new tablet. My old tablet died unexpectedly, so i purchased the newer version of the same tablet (Samsung galaxy tab a). No matter what i do, i cannot get it to add/sync my Amazon orders. I&amp;#039;ve changed my password about 10 times to make sure that I&amp;#039;m putting in the right information, and it just won&amp;#039;t add my purchases/tracking. It says that it&amp;#039;s connected /synced, but it just won&amp;#039;t add my orders. Can someone please help me with this, it&amp;#039;s driving me crazy. I have the pro version/license. <description>Has there been some change to how to log in to Amazon for synchronization recently? I have 2FA enabled and you used to have to use your OTP at the end of your password to log in. Now that no longer works. When I try without the OTP at the end, it says I&amp;#039;m logged in, but does not sync anything and gets me stuck in a captcha loop. Last, using the browser option to log in also doesn&amp;#039;t work, claiming that credentials are needed when selecting save - they were correctly entered. I can&amp;#039;t think of anything else to try at this point. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Any way to get past this?&lt;br /&gt;

<title>Can&#039;t Add Amazon After App Update - Fails Before I Can &quot;Approve&quot; Request</title>

<description>Like everyone else, I&amp;#039;ve had Amazon issues the last week. But I saw that those have been fixed, so I re-installed the app, but now when I try to add my Amazon account back again, I&amp;#039;m having trouble getting past the security verification.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I add my Amazon account details, and then it fails, saying &amp;quot;No orders found, most likely you entered wrong login credentials&amp;quot;, and then 5 seconds later I get a text from Amazon saying &amp;quot;Amazon: Sign-in attempt&amp;quot; and asking me to Approve or Deny. &amp;nbsp;I approve it, but the problem is the app thinks it was invalid and doesn&amp;#039;t save the login info to be able to try again, so I have to initiate a new request, which then starts the never ending cycle of not being able to approve it fast enough.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Is it possible to have the app save the login credentials anyway, or keep trying to reconnect long enough to wait for me to approve the security request?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Note that I do NOT have 2-factor authentication enabled on my account.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

<description>Today I decided to try tracking an Amazon package for the first time. After I created the package search, I got a security alert from Amazon indicating that a ChromeOS desktop device logged in to Amazon from a California location. The devices I used were Android devices located in Georgia. If a different device logged into my account from California, that suggests that my Amazon login credentials were transmitted to a remote location. That sounds risky to me. Shouldn&amp;#039;t the login come directly from my device?</description>

I have tried clearing the application data and setting the app up from scratch, with my Amazon account only (keeping all other settings as default). It still did not work. &lt;br /&gt;
