Why can't I find the widget in the list of app widgets?

The widget does not appear in the list so I cannot add it to my home screen.

There are currently two known reasons for this:

1. Your device is running Android 2.3. The widget is only supported on devices with Android 3.0+
2. The app was moved to your SD card. Android will only display widgets for apps that reside on the internal memory of your device. Please check the status in your device settings: Manage apps / App Manager -> Deliveries -> Move to phone
