How to use Android Copy/Paste from within app. Doesn't pop up the copy/paste command when long pressed.

Question

How can I copy a tracking number form one entry and paste it into another?  Android long press copy doesn't work as the copy command never pops up when marking an entry with a long press.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please give some more details like what fields you try it on exactly? It would also help to know what device you are using (brand, model, android version).
