Hermes not working?

I don't think the app gets the correct information from Hermes. When I visit https://www.hermesworld.com I get status information that is not displayed in the App (eg. tracking No. 5916286561887688), see https://www.hermesworld.com/en/our-services/distribution/uk-distribution/parcel-tracking/?trackingNo=5916286561887688

I tried hermes.co.uk, but this will not let me enter the information, and it shows a website for an investment company.
