Why no tracking for this package?

Question

I am awaiting a package which has been sent via Allied Road Express in Australia.

I selected Allied Express in the Deliveries app but it has not reported the movements of my package. Should this courier be supported given there is no Allied Road Express courier listed in the app but only Allied Express? Thank you for your help.

sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

Allied Express in the app links to the same website. Maybe there is an issue with it at the moment, could you please send your tracking information to deliveries@orrs.de if it works at the website?
