how to get the ebay to synch without crashing

Question

i am using a HTC Desire C and every time i go to link my ebay account the sync crashes. how do i stop this?

So far i have tried:

1. uninstalling the app and re installing it
2. turning the phone on and off
3. factory reseting the phone
