Hermes has different sites

Question 1

Hi, I frequently get parcels from Austria sent via hermes. I can track them OK via the general hermes option but as soon as it reaches the UK it doesn't track it no more. The movement of the parcel is then only available via the hermes europe website. Would someone please be able to update that there are country specific hermes websites (Austria Germany UK etc) but also a hermes Europe. Thank you
