Unfortunately, this is not specific enough to just go ahead and always map it to DHL. Amazon sometimes uses that name for different couriers so unfortunately, you'll hzave to manually create the partial delivery in such cases. Sorry for the inconvenience!

You can't guess by looking at the tracking number (length, prefix, whatever) or retrieve the tracking URL supplied by Amazon?

While that would be a possibility for some of the tracking IDs, it would be another part of the app requiring frequent updates. As long as there is no general courier detection in the app, I just don't have the time for it, sorry!

Then you will just have to keep on adding Unknowns by hand.

Have you considered using https://www.aftership.com/docs/api/4/couriers/post-couriers-detect for unknown carriers while syncing from Amazon or eBay (in order not to send a lot of requests)? Looks like this part of the API would be free if it is not abused.
