Unable to see black check boxes in Provider Filter when Theme Dark(OLED) is set

Question 1

If the theme is Dark(OLED), the checkboxes in Provider Filter (presumably black) cannot be seen. The workaround is temporarily set to other theme. I am using Note 4.

Otherwise, great work on Material Design!

Question 2

What Android version is your device running? I'm unable to reproduce this :-(
