No deliveries update except for Amazon orders

Question

The only deliveries that update with tracking info are ones from Amazon. Please let me know if this is a bug or if there is something I may be doing wrong.

Currently UPS is bugged so if all your other shipments are shipped via UPS, it will be fixed soon.

For all others please supply the tracking information (ID + courier name) to deliveries@orrs.de so I can check what's wrong.
