Manualy select refresh, or time between refresh

Hi,

 

First of all, congratulations on the app, is really good.

Second, I would like to suggest to add the option to only manually refresh, or/and to set the the amount of time between refreshes.

This option might be helpful as it can make the app use less battery and data.

You'll find extensive confuguration options for this at Settings -> Notifications. To restrict to manual refreshing, just disable automated notifications altogether (first option).
