A couple times I've added a UPS tracking number via the website 'Add Delivery' button. I paste the tracking id into the field (in my case 1Z followed by 16 digits). I add text identifying the delivery and hit Save.

It saves the delivery, it syncs to my android app, but it never updates the delivery information. Looking up the tracking id on UPS yields relevant data with times/dates etc.

I've tried changing the Provider from Unknown to UPS, but that doesn't help.

What should I be doing to manually add a delivery tracking number?  (Most of my packages come UPS, so I don't know if I have the same issue with other US providers like USPS or FedEx.)

Hey,

sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

While setting the provider to UPS is mandatory to get status messages, you said it also didn't work. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the app as v5.0.2 fixed some issues with UPS.
