Want to load new items from Amazon - how?

I have Pro and have set Amazon to sync to Yesterday (have tried other options too) but no new purchases ever come up. What am I missing please?

sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

I guess you already followed the instructions here: http://help.orrs.de/3/how-do-configure-the-automatic-synchronization-with-amazon

 

Setting the sync to yesterday only will only add orders you placed the day before. Please choose an interval that you're sure you have ordered items in. Then do a full refresh in the main list and check if the orders show up.
