china post is doing in chines not English

My tracking number is china post, tracking info on this order is showing in chines

Unfortunately, China Post does not supply English status messages. Pleas try using Packpin as provider instead.

Just note - It seems that Packpin has currently some issues with fetching data from China Post. I already sent them an e-mail, hope they will be able to fix it soon.
