The app stopped tracking this parcel on 27/10/2015. I have removed the parcel and added it again. I have Uninstalled the app and shut down my device. Reinstalled and created parcel again. Same blockage on the 27/10.
The parcel arrived at customs Johannesburg on the 13/11/2015. This is the first time this happened to the app.
Please advise what may be wrong
