Post Malaysia no tracking information

Please can you tell me why Pos Malaysia doesn't update the tracking numbers that I have provided in your app as the website works perfectly but they don't update on your app and the website link for Pos Malaysia is http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace
