Currently, there are no known issues with the two couriers you named.
Could you supply the tracking IDs in question via email to deliveries@orrs.de so I can take a proper look at it?

Hey, I'm in the same position, when I enter my tracking numbers into eBays tracking field, the app does sync this correctly, but when I choose the DHL Express within eBay it comes up as an Unknown within the app,   this would be great if you could include a Tag Mapping feature within the app, and also if we could assign the customers ebay ID as the title instead of the full title name (The reason I ask this is because we sell multiple items of the same product on a daily basis and it's hard to keep track from the app it's self)

In this case, the app probably gave a status message like "Further tracking information..." including the tracking ID set in eBay.
I'd appreciate if you could send that message either as text or screenshot to deliveries@orrs.de so I can check what courier tag is missing from the automatic detection.

As for the customer ID as title: I've added it to the ToDo list but it's already extremely long so it probably won't happen in the near future, sorry!
