Io ho pagato per avere tutte le funzionalità.

Ho cambiato mail ma adesso non funziona più e mi richiedono di ripagare come se fossi un nuovo cliente?

Come faccio a dire a questa app che sono sempre la stessa persona?

Hey,

thanks for contacting me.

The pro version is bound to the account you purchased it with. So if you create a new Google account (same with Amazon, BlackBerry etc.), the purchase cannot be transferred.

If you purchased the pro version via Google Play and the purchase was less than two years ago, I can offer you a refund if you forward the Google Play receipt to deliveries@orrs.de (I need the order ID to identify your purchase). For the other stores, you'd need to contact their customer support as I have no control over the payments there.
