Hi. I have 2 Qs.

 

1. The app stopped tracking info on my parcels for some reason. What would the reason be? The tracking numbers are definitely correct as I have checked via the logistic company's website

2. I bought the pro version on my old phone and I seem to have the free version on my phone. Any way to regain my pro membership on this new phone?
