Android app no longer updates

I am trying to track a dhl express package. The app was working fine until a few days ago ;now it simply says "error loading data", when I try to update the delivery status.

Can you please help?

I just installed Deliveries and i have the same problème with an amazon shipping.
At the refresh, i have the same error message.

I uninstall and reinstall Deliveries but nothing change.
