How can we solve the problem? An update will arrive or there is something we have to do, it is not possible so, you have to tell us what we must do.

If you're talking about the captcha over and over, I'm having the same problem.  I unlinked amazon and just manually input each item, then edit in the tracking info once it's been sent (kinda' defeats the purpose of the app).  I'm wondering if the email address used to get the app is different than the one used to sign onto amazon.ca.

The developer is likely using http authentication which is interpreted as mobile web browser access for authentication. This is an incorrect method for silent-mode access. The app "Slice" also exhibited the same behavior recently but they have resolved it. I have emailed this dev twice and no response yet. I paid for this lousy support and I'm not pleased.
