Can you add a separate notification for DELIVERED and/or OUT-FOR DELVERY?

I would like to have a separate notification to have a different sound for when the package is getting closer.  Specifically for Delivered packages and Out-for-Delivery packages.  Either my own sound or something really obnoxious.

I would like a separate notification for when packages are delivered. Some deliveries make many stops with ground shipping, which can be very annoying.

Since the most important thing is when a package is delivered, and not when it is bouncing around the mail system, it would be great to have the option to disable "in transit" notifications, and only receive "delivered" notifications.
