Interparcel info not complete

I'm tracking a parcel sent to me from UK to Switzerland. The deliveryes app stopped updating after the package was transferred to a intermediate carrier. But the interparcel website still shows updates, so somehow deliveries is getting incomplete information.

The same for me.
When I track a parcel sent by interparcel, the tracking number is not communicated to the website.
