When shipments from amazon are sent via Purolator, the courier is listed as either "PUROLATOR_GROUND" or "PUROLATOR_EXPRESS" and neither get recognized as Purolator, instead showing as Unknown and not showing up in the multiple package tabs.
Also, Amazon has been using a small courier in Western Canada named "Intelcom". They appear to have a separate tracking g system for their Amazon contract:
