So, if I purchased the "pro" version a while ago believing this would get me a fully operational product, is this why I'm now having issues?

Example: I have Amazon and eBay set up to sync. I purchased a DVD on Tuesday that was shipped by USPS. I never received notice in the Deliveries program, despite attempting to sync repeatedly.
I gave up & entered the USPS #manually. Tonight, the item disappeared from the screen of active deliveries, despite its current delivery status being "Awaiting item."

I have a HTC One 10 phone, running Marshmallow Android. I have had your program for quite a while,  this issue is new.
