How do partial deliveries work?

I often have shipments from sellers that end up shipped in multiple parts for the same order.  I thought that partial deliveries work for that purpose, but when I add a single order with multiple deliveries, I only see tracking updates for the primary delivery, not for any of the partial items.  Can you clarify how partial deliveries are supposed to work and when they should be used?

Actually, they should work exactly as you described.

After adding a partial delivery, the app should add statuses for all available tracking IDs in that entry. Of course, you will only see this if the other couriers actually have statuses already. If you find an issue, please email the relevant courier names and tracking IDs to deliveries@orrs.de
