Why do Wish deliveries return "Error loading data!" for the last 3 days?

All other courier services are updating fine in my Deliveries app except for Wish. Any Wish items have not been updated in 3 days and when you choose that courier and save you automatically get a "Error loading data!" message.

Can this be fixed? Thanks for your help!
