Packlink.it tracking doesn't work

Question

Hello,

someone ships a package to me with UPS Packlink from Italy.

When I search on their site (https://www.packlink.it/cms/static/tracking/) it finds my tracking number (IT2017COM00000*****).

But entering the package in deliveries android app with courrier "Packlink.it" leads to an error (not found).

Ti devi far dare il numero UPS da chi ti ha inviato il pacco

Quello è un numero interno Packlink col quale non puoi tracciare nulla se non nel sito Packlink.
