I confirm the issue.
You can try this code for example RS663756027GB .
I got a delivery info here
https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RS663756027GB
but nothing on the app.

Same with all the tracking I've tried over the last week. Not happy, this is the main carrier I'm tracking.
