Syncing partial deliveries

Hello.

Why partial deliveries is not syncing across devices? It syncs only the first and you must add the partial, manual.

Question 2

Is there any solution for this issue? This causes a lot of problems when ordering packages from China, where almost all packages have dual tracking (to the border and domestic).
