Is Sync meant to work 2-way ?

I can sync from Web to my Android phone Ok, but it doesn't seem to sync the other way

eg. if I delete a delivery using my android app, it doesn't delete the delivery from the Web

Is Sync meant to work 2-way?

It is. Check your settings again, try reinstalling app
