Pardon if this has already been documented, but I couldn't find it. For my Prime purchases in the U.S. I finally got tracking to work:
1. open new entry, obv
2. in tracking number, put order ID and *not* the Logistics tracking number that starts with TBA
3. make sure your AMZ login is keyed in
4. key in the order ID again where indicated
5. DO NOT CHOOSE AMZL as carrier, instead choose Amazon.com
This worked for me today, Nov 30, 2017.
