Problem with notifications

Question 1

I am not receiving anymore notifications where there is a tracking update. It only appears if I open the app. All notifications permissions are enabled on my phone.

How this problem could be fixed?

Is the button at Settings -> Notifications -> Problems? greyed out? If not, please click on it and add Deliveries to the energy saving exceptions.
