Amazon sync failed then fixed in 5.6.4 and a week later failed again. Down for a month

Amazon USA sync failed in August 2019 and several weeks later was fixed in Release 5.6.4.  This lasted about a week then failed again and has been down since about September 17.  Tried killing Amazon sync and re-connecting and nothing loads.  Installed on 2 other Android devices and same thing.

I enabled 2fa on Amazon and I fixed it by following Amazon's legacy login protocol. But now the app never pulls my orders. This has been broken for more than two months. How can I fix this connection or get the orders to sync again?
