We are using the Rakuten Slice Desktop App, a very useful and informative App, and we were very excited with the potential of using Rakuten Slice API in our order management system we are developing. We were planning to use the Slice API to extract our online orders info (Order Items, Prices, Shipping Tracking number and any other information that we can feed into our order management system using the API calls) based on the merchant order number we provide.
Unfortunately, Slice API is no longer supported or available for developers.
We wonder if your system can provide such integration to our system, or at least to be able to extract the Shipping Tracking Number for a matching order number from our email inbox.
Or, if you have any other solution in mind that could connect merchant order numbers in our order management system to the shipping tracking numbers of those orders?
