Thanks for your message. There are currently no known issues with Purolator. Please make sure you're using the latest app version and also give Purolator International a try if the default one doesn't work with your tracking ID.

If that doesn't help, please send an error report from the detail view of the delivery (three dots at the top right -> report problem) and refer to this Q&A.
