in Device synchronization by (140 points)
I cannot get it to sync with Amazon or pull down my orders.  If this is not fixable, I'd like a refund.

Do you use the device synchronization with your Google account? If so, please try to remove and afterwards add it again at Settings -> Synchronization.

If that doesn't help, please send an email to deliveries@orrs.de with your Google Play order ID, so I can initiate the refund.

I too am having this issue with your app syncing with my Amazon orders. I try to connect with Amazon and keep getting a message stating "Amazon sent you a two step verification code to my yahoo email. But no email ever comes. I am also not connected with my Google account.
