Yun Express drag-n-drop captcha can't drag

Question

Hi,

There is a popup drag-n-drop captcha for Yun Express but I can't drag the object to drop it on the right spot so I can't update my delivery information.

Maybe this is a phone problem rather than your program?

I'm on a Galaxy A3 (2017).

You drag the slider at the bottom.

That said - for me it still does not update. If I go to the Yun Express website manually, there is definitely information there. I think the connection is currently broken.

Thanks. I now see that works! But as you say it doesn't help getting information on the delivery...

I see that this is a few months old, but I'm also having this issue. I can move the validation slider but afterwards nothing happens. I can only hit the Cancel button.

you have to tap on the beginning of the dragging bar after dragging it (like the thing you’re dragging it with)
