I'm assuming you're talking about syncing between mobile app and website? I'm not the developer, but let me try to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Did your mobile app logout by any chance?
  2. Have you tried forcing manual sync by pulling down the tracking list in app's main window?

I'm having overall issues with it even updating my delivery info period. I added a couple of new items yesterday & it shows no info, just says "never".  As for forcing a manual sync, I get the spinning wheel of death & I have to close the app to get it to do anything else. Thank you for your reply!

If you haven't tried clearing all data for the app I would try doing so. Also, functionality will depend on shipping provider, internet connection, and a number of other factors. Please don't be so eager to blame the developer when clearly the app is working well for others. :)
