Same for me, again. Seems to randomly happen several times a year for me. VERY frustrating. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue persists. I use pro paid version.
eBay works fine, just to mention.

Started today for me too. Will not stop asking, I just hit OK and it says it was successful. Keeps popping up.
