Which Amazon entry do I choose?

I just downloaded the Deliveries app for Android and I'm adding my first entry from Amazon Canada. Do I select Amazon Logistics or Amazon.ca as the courier? My email confirmation says the courier is AMZN. I read that Amazon's courier is Amazon Logistics but that didn't seem to work after adding the tracking and order numbers. I changed it to Amazon.ca and added my credentials but that doesn't seem to work either. The status says "None". Am I doing something wrong or does the entry need more info?

I figured it out. I accidentally put the tracking ID where the Order ID/Number should have gone. It seems to be working now although I noticed that when I save and exit the entry then go back in to view it the wording that should say "Order ID" actually says "Tracking ID" in this view so that should probably be fixed because that field displays the order number.
