Why do I get "Error loading data" when trying to track Amazon.com shipments.

Question

I keep trying to track Amazon.com shipments (in the US) but all I get when refreshing is "Error loading data". I have tried many times and I can track on the Amazon web site but would really like to keep it in the app. More and more of Amazon shipments are shipped by Amazon themselves so this is a problem for me
