How do I cancel my subscription if it's not showing up with other managed subscriptions?

I can't figure out how to cancel my one-month app subscription. There's no link in my Google Play Store with my other app subscriptions. Is there any alternative way to cancel my subscription?

There is no purchase with Google account with your email address in the system. Maybe you purchased it from a different account?

If so, feel free to send another email from that account to deliveries@orrs.de so I can look into it.
