How do I cancel recurring monthly payment?

I cancelled my subscription to your service yesterday and have an email receipt from Google confirming subscription cancellation. However, I just checked my bank statement and it said that 99 cents had been charged from your company. How do I officially terminate service? I tried unsubscribing through the Google Play Store, but apparently that didn't work.

Subscriptions can only be cancelled in the Google Play Store - either the app or in your browser. Here's a direct link that lists all your current and past subscriptions: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
