Why does Rubik's Cube become Rubik\'s Cube?

In the app you see just what you've typed in for the delivery's name, but it's not that way in the web interface.

The " ' " is required to be escaped to be stored in the database. The application should handle escaped characters. This is a bug. I suggest you file a bug report.

How do I do that? I sort of thought this forum was it. Is there a more formal way to report bugs?
