I've created account apparently just for the q&A but when I try to login on the computer or on the delivery screen to sync it says that I do not have an account. What do I do

You need to create an account within the app first.
Depending on your choice, you can either enter the details of your Deliveries account or press the Google button to sign in with your Google account.
Additionally, this service is only available to customers of the pro-version!
