+1 vote to support Paack. My last packages from Amazon ES also came from them.
Paack API requires both tracking number and the destination postal code to be provided. The big problem is that their API exposes the client's full details (phone, email, full name and address), so unfortunately I can't share a working request for privacy reasons.
